Suitable for everyone, these drop-in meditation classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our lives and develop inner peace. These classes focus on using Buddhist understanding to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find the lasting happiness we seek. Each class includes breathing meditation, teaching and guided meditation on topic of the night. There is also an opportunity to ask questions. Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained and can be attended individually. Please feel free to drop-in on a class-by-class basis, or enjoy the full series. These classes are suitable for both beginners and those with more experience.

Many people suffer from a lack of self-confidence or base their self-esteem on things that are unreliable and subject to change. By tapping into the limitless reservoir of peace and happiness within our own mind, we can develop authentic self-confidence based on insight into our extraordinary potential.

This practical manual for daily life shows how we can develop authentic inner peace, overcome daily problems and bring about positive changes in our life that enable us to experience deep and lasting happiness. Each class consists of guided meditations and clear explanations, as well as an opportunity to ask questions.
