Suitable for everyone, these drop-in meditation classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our lives and develop inner peace. These classes focus on using Buddhist understanding to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find the lasting happiness we seek.Each class includes breathing meditation, teaching and guided meditation on topic of the night. There is also an opportunity to ask questions. Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained and can be attended individually. Please feel free to drop-in on a class-by-class basis, or enjoy the full series. These classes are suitable for both beginners and those with more experience.

By tapping into the limitless reservoir of peace and happiness within our own mind, we can develop authentic self-confidence based on insight into our extraordinary potential.
