In this half day course we learn how to improve our relationships by learning to identify and abandon the causes of pain in relationships with the people you love.
In order to develop strong and happy relationships with others we need to learn to distinguish love from attachment. We can learn to distinguish pure love – which leads to only happiness, and attachment – that leads only to suffering in our mind by engaging in meditations and contemplations given to us by Buddha. In this way, we can bring greater happiness, inner peace and harmony into our lives.
Anyone can attend. The course consists of teachings, meditations, discussion and refreshments.
