Online Meditation Retreat – Overcoming Anxiety

Let’s spend a day on retreat. Join us for 4 sessions of meditations to overcome anxiety from the comfort of your own home. These meditation sessions are geared toward overcoming fear, stress and anxiety. In this retreat, we will be given meditation techniques to apply in our daily life and four sessions of guided meditation practice. By engaging in retreat with these simple meditations, we will experience the benefits of inner peace and calm. We can carry this calm into our daily life by continuing these meditations at home on our our by establishing a simple meditation practice.
Each session will consist of a short teaching on the benefits of a meditation, short prayers to prepare our mind for meditation by establishing a good heart, followed by a guided meditation.
Register for the day, set up a meditation space in your home and log into each 1 hour and 15 minutes session on March 28. Invite the members in your home to join you. Let’s make our inside time meaningful.
