Feelings of loneliness is painful. Buddha taught how we can heal these feelings by recognizing how our perception of ourselves as separate from others is an illusion. We heal the lack of love in our life by increasing our own loving kindness. In this course we will learn how to overcome loneliness by contemplating Buddhist teachings and engaging in meditation practices to overcome this painful feeling when it arises in our mind. These meditations and contemplations will not only eliminate feelings of loneliness from our our mind, they will also bring us inner peace and happiness.
Anyone can attend. The course consists of teachings, meditations, discussion and refreshments.
