Topic for October 3: Seeking refuge from life’s problems
Virtuous minds of love and compassion are the path to inner peace and happiness and available to everyone who wishes to develop these positive minds.
In this series of classes we will dedicate each week to contemplating these virtuous minds that leads to happiness. Through contemplation and meditation, we can learn how to strengthen and increase these powerful positive minds in our heart. By applying ancient Buddhist wisdom to our busy modern lives, we can experience a deep and satisfying happiness, and become the joyful person we wish to be.
