Buddha taught that all of our suffering comes from delusions – uncontrolled and painful states of mind. In each class we will focus on how to deal with a particular delusion, among them: desirous attachment, anger, pride, jealousy, and miserliness. Learning practical methods to reduce the power of these delusions will allow us to experience a deep and satisfying emotional freedom, and give us the skill to be the person we wish to be – a person who is positive, joyful and loving.
