TOPIC FOR FEB 2: Experiencing peace of mind
We have all experienced overwhelming feelings of anxiety and worry. When we are held in the grasp of anxiety, we often find it difficult to find our way back to a peaceful mind. However, through applying ancient Buddhist wisdom, we can overcome anxiety and worry completely and experience peace of mind all the time. In this 5-week course we will look at various contemplations and meditations to lessen and eventually abandon completely these overwhelming feelings of anxiety and worry.
