Topic August 18: Keeping Calm Part 1: Techniques to Overcome Anger
This summer, we will explore the topic of anger, based on Venerable Geshe Kelsang’s book How to Solve Our Human Problems. We will learn how to overcome anger completely – from the smaller anger of frustration to the greater anger of rage. We will learn techniques to deal with anger as it arises in our mind, along with contemplations and meditations to strengthen our wisdom and compassion. Without a mind of anger, we will be able to resolve any difficulties in a positive and beneficial way.
