Simple and relaxing guided meditations, bringing stillness to the overloaded mind. Step back from ‘busyness’, bring your mind to rest, and take with you a sense of clarity and peace when you leave. Lunchtime meditations are for those who don’t have a lot of time. No meditation experience is required.
