This class is an ideal starting place for those wishing to learn meditation. The class will begin with an introduction and a breathing meditation to relax our body and mind to find our own inner peace. These meditations are guided by our Resident Teacher, Kelsang Kunden. Students are encouraged to continue the meditation at home throughout the week. Through familiarity with this meditation practice, our ability to generate and maintain our peaceful minds will steadily improve. In this way we will come to know the countless benefits of meditation practice. These meditations are suitable for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome, regardless of background or previous experience. Come and enjoy meditation practice with simply meditate August 18.

This class is simultaneously offered onsite. If you would like to attend the onsite class. Just come along. We have room for up to 10 people with social distancing. Please review and agree to the covid-19 guidelines before coming to the Centre. You can pay at the door for onsite classes.
