teaching & guided meditation

This class is an ideal starting place for those wishing to learn meditation. The class will begin with an introduction and a breathing meditation to relax our body and mind to find our own inner peace.

We will then be introduced to one of the nine meditations  from the Living Meditation Series that will increase our positivity, peace of mind and sense of well being. Kelsang Kunden will then guide us through that meditation. No meditation experience is required.
