Tranforming Fear

a half day morning course

This year has been a challenging year for many. We may find ourselves experiencing anxiety and worry, irritation and boredom with the loss of our ordinary routines and enjoyments. This can have a profound impact on our day to day lives: sleeplessness, irritation, boredom and impatience. Or we just feel overwhelmed!

By changing our perspective through relying on Buddha’s wisdom, we can see that these difficult times  offer us a unique and special opportunity to train in transforming our fear and anxiety into wisdom. By identifying the real source of our anxiety we can learn how to move our mind away from it and towards a deep and stable inner peace.

During this half day course, Kelsang Kunden will explain methods to overcome our anxiety and worry with specific meditation practices and contemplations that we can continue at home.

This course will be followed by a retreat the following Saturday. It is not necessary to attend both the course and retreat together.
