Suitable for everyone, these drop-in meditation classes in Kitchener offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our lives and develop inner peace. These classes focus on using Buddhist understanding to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find the lasting happiness we seek. Each class includes breathing meditation, teaching and guided meditation on topic of the night. There is also an opportunity to ask questions. Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained and can be attended individually. Please feel free to drop-in on a class-by-class basis, or enjoy the full series. These classes are suitable for both beginners and those with more experience.
Weekly General Program guided meditations & teachings are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners. General meditation classes are given as a series, but can also be taken individually.
Please feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis. Classes are held every week unless otherwise stated. No special clothing is required. No pre-registration required. We offer chairs to sit on but you can bring your own cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor.

Parking information for Edna's
Parking is not available at Edna’s. However, free parking after 6pm is available across the street from Edna’s at Centre in the Square. Most Tuesdays, the parking lot will be available. However, if there is a Centre in the Square event parking will not be free. If this is the case, there is free street parking near the library a short walk from the venue.
