If you wish to start a meditation practice but do not know where to begin, this course is for you! This course is designed for those new to meditation wish to learn more about Buddhist meditation and start a daily practice.
Meditation is a method to change our mind from negative to positive. If we engage in a regular meditation practice, we will know these benefits from our own experience. We will experience a deepening of our peaceful mind and a greater experience of mental happiness.

Join our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Kunden for Beginning a Meditation practice half day course and begin a daily practice. Now is the time to begin our training in meditation. This class is suited to those who are ready to start a daily meditation practice.
