Dedication is a powerful practice to protect our mind from negativity and to create our future happiness. The great Indian master Atisha:
Dedicate your virtues throughout the day and the night, and always watch your mind.
By acquainting ourself with the practice of dedication, we familiarize ourself with the causes of happiness, we increase our own good fortune, we and we guard our mind against negativity. In this way, we gradually bring increasing benefit to ourselves and others by giving our positive wishes to thers. Learn about the power of creating these positive “wish paths” in our mind through our dedication practice.
Join us for a half day course on dedication with our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Kunden. By learning to dedicate our good fortune with virtuous wishes for others, we will create a better world for both ourselves and others.
This course is suitable for all levels of experience. No previous experience of meditation or Buddhist teachings is required. Everyone is welcome!
