People come to classes to become better meditators and to experience the many benefits of meditation – this is wonderful as meditation brings inner peace and happiness. However enjoying meditation every now and then and committing to a daily meditation practice that transforms our mind from negative to positive are different things. To transform our mind, we need to mindfully hold wisdom teachings in our heart. The fundamentals of Buddhist meditation is a basic Buddhist and with view we establish a firm foundation to make spiritual progress and profound transformation.
Session One: We will learn about basic Buddhist view and how to these views apply to our meditation practice.
SessionTwo: We will learn the techniques of meditation and how to incorporate basic Buddhist view into our daily life.
Join our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Kunden for our half day course on Fundamentals of Buddhist Meditation. This course is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners. Everyone is welcome.
