Each class consists of guided meditations and teachings that we can contemplate and practice throughout the week. Each contemplation has a practical application to solve our daily problems. Through attending classes and putting effort into applying these teachings to our daily lives, we can make great progress increasing our own inner peace. Through engaging in meditation practice we can develop and maintain a peaceful mind all the time. If we have a peaceful mind all the time we will be happy all the time, regardless of whether our conditions are good or bad. Now is the time to train in inner peace and happiness by putting Buddha’s teachings into practice.

What to Expect in a Class
Our meditation classes are for anyone interested in learning how to meditate, regardless of background or beliefs. Classes are designed to give a broad introduction to Buddhist meditation, teachings, and practice.
Every class includes a chance to practise meditation. No prior experience, special equipment or special clothes are necessary for our onsite classes – just come as you are.
Classes are all standalone individual classes that are presented in a series. You do not need to attend the full series to attend a class.
New Topics this Fall
Our series of classes this fall are based on understanding how the world around us is a reflection of our mind, and gaining a deeper understanding of the mind itself. We will focus on those positive minds that we all have within us – minds that are causes of happiness. By increasing these positive minds, we will gain more merit and power in the mind. In this way we will open our mind to a joyful, creative and game changing approach to experiencing our lives and our relationships.
