Guarding the Mind with Alertness
a half day meditation course
online & onsite
Saturday 11 September
10 – 1pm
Live-streamed only. No replays
Coming out of a long year of being physically distant, crowded spaces can be sometimes exhilarating, sometimes overwhelming, and sometimes even disappointing. Attachment, anxiety, disappointment disturb our mind bringing mental pain and other unwanted effects.

We can learn to rely on the practices of mindfulness and alertness to guard and protect our mind when disturbing thoughts arise. By controlling our mind in this way, we can learn how to return our awareness to a peaceful and relaxed mind.
Join our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Kunden for our half day course on Guarding the Mind with Alertness. This course is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners. Everyone is welcome.
The half day course will be live-streamed with Zoom for those who would like to join us online. There is limited seating available and priority is given to those who do not have internet.
$25 or $15 a session. Free for members
