The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful.  A calm and peaceful mind gives rise to inner peace and happiness – a mind free from worry and anxiety.  With a qualified meditation practice, we become deeply familiar with states of mind that are conducive to happiness and inner peace. By becoming familiar with these states of mind through our meditation practice, we can transform our mind and bring more harmony to our life.

This course is perfect for beginners or anyone wishing to improve the quality of their meditation. No previous experience of meditation is required. Everyone is welcome!
