We all know that stressing out about things just makes them worse. And yet we also feel like we have no choice but to stress and worry about the crises and pressures we are facing at the moment. Actually, our stress does not come from the external situation, but rather from our response to it. Stress comes from our mind.
The good news is there are ancient methods for ‘dropping out’ of a stressed mind and into a clear and peaceful one that have been tried and tested over thousands of years, and there are ways we can learn to respond to problems, so that we remain more centred, flexible and effective.
Join our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Kunden for our half day course Life Without Stress and learn techniques to overcome stress in our daily lives. Everyone is welcome.
