Although we want to be happy all the time, we do not know how to accomplish this. We can accomplish this through meditation practice. Meditation functions to make our mind calm and peaceful. When are mind is peaceful, we experience inner peace and happiness, regardless of external conditions. Through training in meditation we can develop and maintain a strong experience of inner peace throughout in all the activities of our modern busy daily life.

Meditation Basics

In these classes, discover simple yet profound meditations that can be practised by anyone, helping us experience inner peace, mental clarity, and increasing our love and compassion for others. These classes are perfect for those who wish to build the foundations of a successful meditation practice. No previous experience is required.

These classes are presented in a series of four classes but you are welcome to drop into any class.  Each class will be followed by complimentary refreshments and the opportunity to ask questions. Everyone welcome.

Each session will consist of meditations, teachings, Q and A with refreshments after the class.

$15 drop-in. $48 for 4 classes.
