“When you can’t go outside, go inside.” This new year we can experience the benefits of meditation to make our mind peaceful and calm and help the body relax. The stress and tension we experience originates within our mind which in turn gives rise ill health. Meditation is the solution to this problem.  Through meditation we can reduce this stress and reverse its damaging effect on our health by awakening our incredible innate potential to heal ourselves.

Join our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Kunden for our Meditation for Body and Mind half day course. We will discover how our breathing can be transformed a powerful healing practice that brings great mental peace and happiness, and remedies sickness at its deepest level.

Suitable for beginners. Everybody Welcome.

The half day course will be live-streamed with Zoom and available for online viewing for all registered attendees until 10pm January 10.  There will be some space reserved for those who would like to attend in person. There is limited seating available and priority is given to those who do not have internet. Please contact us if you would like to attend in person.
