Building our Self Confidence with Meditation

There are countless benefits to meditation, and one that we will focus on this October is self -confidence that arises from our meditation practice. Along with this self confidence, we will experience an inner joy, a happy mind, that gives us energy and a positive mind. Venerable Geshe-la says, “Everybody needs to be good-natured with a good heart.” Through developing positive, confident minds with regular meditation practice, we ourselves can be good-natured, good-hearted, joyful and confident.
Kelsang Kunden will give teachings and meditations so that we can practice and become familiar with generating that inner confidence and joy in our own mind, our own heart. In this way, we can realize our own potential for inner peace and happiness. Classes are all standalone individual classes that are presented in a series. You do not need to attend the full series to drop into a class. Drop in with Zoom or come along to the Centre! These classes are suitable for all backgrounds and all experiences. Everyone welcome.
