Guilt can be very painful and even destructive. With guilt, we can find ourselves frequently reliving painful memories of the past which then negatively impact on how we live today. It is very common for us to be our own harshest judge and give ourselves a hard time over mistakes we have made. When we develop guilt, we are identifying ourself as a bad or worthless person and this not only causes us a lot of pain but keeps us stuck in the same kind of behavioural patterns.

On this course we will explore how we can separate ‘ourself’ from any harmful behaviours we may have and not only let go of guilt but set ourselves free to really live a much healthier and happier life. We will learn that the peace that comes with self-acceptance enables us to truly change.
The course is divided into two sessions which will include guided meditation and teaching, with a break in-between for refreshments.
