Refreshing and resetting ~ Get in the Spirit of the Festival with this Pre-Festival Public Talk!
Our life sometimes falls apart, we may even feel broken and so naturally we try to re-build – but we also need guidance and support. And even though we may be doing just fine we can always be inspired to improve and find the life we long for, supported by good friends and clear, wise advice.
In this rare Public Talk, Gen la Kelsang Khyenrab will guide us to resetting the essential meaning and purpose of living. By strengthening our minds through concentration, love, patience, wisdom and compassion we can rediscover the real meaning of our precious human life. We can live the life that in our heart we truly wish for. Everybody welcome!
Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab is the New Kadampa Tradition (NKT) National Spiritual Director for Canada and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada in Toronto.
