Meditation is a great way to overcome stress, promote health and well-being, and maintain a positive and relaxed attitude to life. Through following practical instructions, everyone can learn to meditate. Where do we begin our meditaiton practice? What are the preliminary practices we can engage in to prepare for meditation? How do we set up a Buddhist shrine?

Relax and Rejuvenate Meditation Workshop

In this workshop you will learn the basics of meditation and the prepratory practices to prepare your room and your mind for meditation. This workshop is perfect for beginners or anyone wishing to improve the quality of their meditations and setting up a Buddhist shrine and making offerings.

Everyone is welcome regardless of previous experience. Come and meditate!
