Love the Great Protector

Sunday 3 April

Meditation Classes
Online and Onsite
2:30- 4pm

Learning how to love others is real protection from suffering.  In this series of classes we will take time to contemplate the transformative power of pure love. Through contemplating and meditating on Buddha’s teachings on love, we will be able to  generate and increase our own experience of pure love. When we contemplate the benefits and good qualities of love deeply from our heart, we develop familiarity with this positive mind that brings peace and happiness to ourselves and others. Through the power of our own meditation practice on love, we will learn from our own experience how love is the great protector. And how, by meditating on love, we can protect both ourselves and others by developing and increasing this positive and peaceful heart.

sunday meditation class

Join Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Kunden for classes for Sunday meditation in April with teachings and meditations to develop and increase your own experience of pure love. These classes are based on the books The Mirror of Dharma with Additions and The New Eight Steps to Happiness. Come and along and learn how to make your life deeply meaningful. Every welcome.

You are also welcome to join us for this class on Wednesday evenings at 7pm.

Meditation on love is very powerful. Even if our concentration is not very strong we accumulate a vast amount of merit.

~ Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso — from The New Eight Steps to Happiness
