What is it that makes our life meaningful? What are the answers to deep questions that arise for us when we find ourself in difficult circumstances? Is it possible to find a life free from daily problems of uncontrolled desire, anger and ignorance? We can find the answers to these questions by looking into the mirror of Buddha’s teachings. We can learn how to engage successfully in daily meditations and put into practice instructions on how to integrate these teachings into our daily life.
Join Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Kunden for classes on Wednesdays in November with meditations for a meaningful life based on the book Mirror of Dharma with Additions. Come and along and learn how to make your life deeply meaningful. Everyone welcome.
