Many people suffer from feelings of resentment and guilt which become heavy baggage we carry into our relationships. In this half-day workshop, we’ll explore mindfulness methods, meditations and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us to become let go of suppressed anger and relate to the past in a positive and meaningful way.
The course is divided into two 75 minute sessions which will include guided meditation and teaching, with a break for refreshments.
