Half Day Courses
We offer two or three half day courses each month on Saturday mornings. Each half day course consists of two one hour and fifteen minute sessions with a 30 minute break between sessions, to discuss, ask questions or simply go for a walk.
In each session, there is a teaching, discussion and guided meditation to deepen our understanding on a particular topic. Meditation courses are designed for us to bring Buddha’s wisdom to solve our daily problems. By contemplating topics in this way and discussing with our spiritual friends, we increase our own insight or inner wisdom. Through gaining a deeper experience of Buddha’s teachings, we are able to increase the source of our inner peace and happiness.
These half day meditation courses are open to everyone, to all backgrounds and level of experience. Currently our courses are held both onsite and online.
