During this half-day course, Buddhist nun, Kelsang Rigden will explain mindfulness, the art of maintaining peaceful states of mind developed through the practise of meditation. Learn practical methods to improve your mindfulness, remove negativity and to become more positive, making your daily activities more satisfying and meaningful. Everybody welcome.

Rigden will lead two meditations during this course and there will be a half hour refreshment break half way through and time for Q & A. There will be chairs available and we also have cushions and matts if you wish to sit on the floor.
