“Festivals are a very special meaningful holiday learning how to find happiness from within your own mind through concentrating on spiritual practice”
Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
Open to everyone, the International Spring, Summer, and Fall Festivals are joyous occasions where people come together to learn about Dharma through listening to teachings, meditating and relaxing in the company of spiritual friends.
While enjoying these wonderful spiritual holidays, you can understand clearly how to apply Buddha’s teachings in your life and give a fresh impetus to your spiritual practice.
The teachings and experience gained at these festivals remain with us always, providing a source of advice and inspiration for transforming life’s difficulties and enjoying a happier and more meaningful life.
The Festivals are taught by the senior teachers of the New Kadampa Tradition. The Spring and Summer Festivals are held annually at Manjushri KMC in the UK, which is the Mother Centre of the New Kadampa Tradition. The Fall Festival is held outside of the UK in a different part of the world each year.
