The Foundation Program was designed by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso to help facilitate the development of our wisdom through the systematic study of Buddha’s teachings. Beginning this September, we’ll be starting the study of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s The New Eight Steps to Happiness, which is a commentary to the Eight Verses of Training the Mind by Geshe Langri Tangpa (1054–1123 CE). Through studying this book, we’ll learn how to integrate Buddha’s teachings in our daily life and transform every moment into an opportunity to train our mind.
