A new series is starting in September based on Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s extraordinary book, How to Understand the Mind. What is the mind? How does it work to cognize objects? Where do negative minds come from? How can we improve our concentration and other peaceful minds? What is an enlightened mind? We will answer these questions, and many more, all while learning to meditate in depth on the beautiful and blissful nature of our pure mind. This class is based on the books How to Understand the Mind.
These classes are all drop-in. So just come along.
$12 a class or any 4 classes for $40.
Free for Centre Card holders.
November 6 will be a Public Talk with International Teacher and National Spiritual Director of Canada – Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab. Reserve your tickets now.
