Suitable for everyone, this drop-in meditation class in Kincardine offers simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our lives and develop inner peace. This class will focus on using Buddhist understanding to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find the lasting happiness we seek.
The class includes a breathing meditation, teaching and guided meditation on mindfulness. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
Mindfulness if the art of maintaining peaceful states of mind through the practice of meditation. We will learn how we can bring meaning to all of our daily activities through our practice of mindfulness and alertness. This class is based on the books Meaningful to Behold and Introduction to Buddhism.
