Each class consists of a 15-minute guided meditation with a short teaching based on overcoming painful feelings with the deep and profound practice of patience. This very condensed class is a wonderful opportunity to spend a meaningful lunchbreak.
The classes are all drop-in, there is no need to register. Each class is an individual stand-alone class, but it is not necessary to attend all the classes to receive the benefits of the meditations and teachings. Through training in patience in this way, we will be able to develop a deep and lasting experience of inner peace and happiness.
$5 a class. Free for members
