Thursday 16 March
6 – 7:15pm
with Kadampa Buddhist Teacher Gen Kelsang Kunden
Our meditation classes provide an opportunity for like-minded people to come together to find inner peace of mind through meditation and to share the experience of meditation together.
Join us for our class in Fergus on at the Wellington County Library downtown on Thursday 16 March from 6- 7:15pm. If you are live in Fergus and are interested in attending this class or other meditation classes, please sign up to our newsletter below or follow us on Facebook to get notifications about our upcoming class program.

Each class consists of guided meditations and teachings that we can contemplate and practice throughout the week. Through engaging in meditation practice we can develop and maintain a peaceful mind all the time. If we have a peaceful mind all the time we will be happy all the time, regardless of whether our conditions are good or bad. Now is the time to train in inner peace and happiness by putting Buddha’s teachings into practice.
Come and meditate in Fergus. Everyone welcome.
