Meditate in Georgetown
Although we have been unable to hold branch classes in Georgetown over the past two years, due to the pandemic, we are committed to returning to Georgetown in 2022 with meditation classes. Our Georgetown classes provide an opportunity for like-minded people to come together to find inner peace of mind through meditation and to share our experience of meditation together.

In the meantime, you are welcome to join us with our online classes with Zoom or to join us onsite at our main Centre in Guelph.
Each class consists of guided meditations and teachings that we can contemplate and practice throughout the week. Through engaging in meditation practice we can develop and maintain a peaceful mind all the time. If we have a peaceful mind all the time we will be happy all the time, regardless of whether our conditions are good or bad. Now is the time to train in inner peace and happiness by putting Buddha’s teachings into practice.
