According to Buddha, we can actually manifest this boundless potential within our daily life. Learn how we can eliminate our daily ups and downs when encountering conflict and suffering. Through regular training in meditation and contemplation, we can transform all our daily life experiences into causes of happiness. In this way, we can all enjoy a strong, stable minds of inner peace and happiness. These classes are all drop-in – so just come along!

By developing and maintaining compassion and wisdom in daily life, we can transform our lives, improve our relationships with others and look behind appearances to see the way things actually exist. In this way we can solve all our daily problems and accomplish the real meaning of our human life. With compassion and wisdom, like the two wings of a bird, we can quickly reach the enlightened world of a Buddha.

In the book Modern Buddhism, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso writes that Buddhism is suitable for everyone because it accords with our daily life experiences. It will improve our happiness, well-being and relationships. Learn about Buddha’s teachings and how training your mind can help transform daily life problems, show you how to skillfully deal with conflict and find strength in the face of discouragement – and do it all with a compassionate heart and a peaceful mind.
In each class we will meditate on a meaningful object from Buddha’s teachings, that will empower and strengthen our own wisdom and compassion. Meditations will be followed with a advice on subsequent daily practice we can follow to integrate the teaching and meditation into our daily life. Please join us.
