Meditate in Kitchener
Tuesday evenings
6:45 – 8:15pm
@ Kitchener Public Libary
Meditation classes are returning to Kitchener on Tuesday evenings from September 6. Our Kitchener classes provide an opportunity for like-minded people to come together to find inner peace of mind through meditation and to share our experience of meditation together.

Each class consists of guided meditations and teachings that we can contemplate and practice throughout the week. Each contemplation has a practical application to solve our daily problems. Through attending classes and putting effort into applying these teachings to our daily lives, we can make great progress increasing our own inner peace. Through engaging in meditation practice we can develop and maintain a peaceful mind all the time. If we have a peaceful mind all the time we will be happy all the time, regardless of whether our conditions are good or bad. Now is the time to train in inner peace and happiness by putting Buddha’s teachings into practice.
If you live in the Kitchener-Waterloo area and are interested in attending meditation classes, just come along. There is no need to pre-register. Masks at class are optional. Everyone welcome.
You are also always welcome to join our classes, retreats and courses in person at our main Centre in Guelph.
From September 1, we will only be offering Foundation Program classes online to those who live a distance from our main Centre in Guelph. If you are interested in joining the Foundation Program, please email education@akbc.ca.
What to Expect in a Class
