Membership with The Centre Card

If you attend classes and courses regularly at AKBC or one of its branches, purchasing an AKBC Centre Card allows you to just drop-in at any time. Your card purchase  effectively becomes membership that provides a solid financial basis for AKBC.

General Program – Level One Membership

With General Program membership you will have access to all of our retreats, half-day and full day courses and all the drop-in classes we offer (excluding Foundation Program classes). There is also a 20% discount on special events. Just show your card at the door. This membership includes 2 free passes for drop-in classes to give to friends or family per each six month period.

Foundation Program – Level Two Membership

We offer 3 different varieties of Foundation Program membership, tailored to suit your needs:

  • The basic Foundation Program membership for $75 a month, covers all the Foundation and Drop-in classes held at AKBC and branches. There is also a 20% discount offered on special events. This membership includes 2 free passes for drop-in classes to give to friends or family per each 6 month period. Also available for Correspondence students.
  • Foundation Program Only membership of $50 a month is designed for those busy people who want to go deeper into meditation and contemplation with systematic study but are only able to attend FP. This membership does not include any other classes at the Centre.
  • Foundation Program Correspondence Sign up for a section of the book. Please contact us for pricing.

  • This level requires enrolment in Foundation Program. Our next term begins on April 4. If you would like to enrol, please contact us to set up a pre-registration interview and sit in on a class.

Benefactor Membership

$Your Choice Monthly
  • Make a monthly donation to support AKBC and receive a charitable tax receipt. This monthly donation does not give access to classes.
