Open hours will continue on select days in 2023
Need to take a break and relax in a peaceful meditation environment? We are open from 11am – 1pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays this summer so that you can do just that. During our open hours, drop in, browse our shop or our library, enjoy a cup of tea, and do your own meditation. You are welcome to join us for a 15-minute guided meditation at lunchtime. Everyone welcome.

Lunchtime Meditation
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
12pm – 12:15pm
Simple and relaxing guided meditations, bringing stillness to the overloaded mind. Step back from ‘busyness’ and take with you a sense of clarity and peace when you leave. Lunchtime meditations are for those who don’t have a lot of time. No meditation experience is required. You do not need to bring anything. We have chairs and cushions for you to sit on. No need to register. Just come along.

Mid day lunchtime is time to take a break: go for a walk, have something to eat and relax. What better way to relax that to engage in some meditation! Join us for effective and powerful breathing meditation that will reduce anxiety, worry and inner tension. Through familiarity with meditation practice we will naturally experience a balanced and peaceful mind that will benefit us in our all our daily activities.
We are open from 11am – 1pm Tuesdays to Thursdays. You are welcome to drop into the Centre, browse the book shop, and do your own meditation. From 12 – 12:15pm everyone is welcome to join us for a 15-minute guided meditation.
You are also welcome to join us for our meditation class on Wednesday evenings at 7pm.
