Love the Great Protector

Sunday Meditation in April

Meditation Classes
Online and Onsite
2:30 – 4pm

Learning how to love others is real protection from suffering. In this series of classes we will take time to contemplate the transformative power of pure love. Through contemplating and meditating on Buddha’s teachings on love, we will be able to  generate and increase our own experience of pure love – free from painful delusions. When we contemplate the benefits and good qualities of love deeply from our heart, we develop familiarity with this positive mind that brings peace and happiness to ourselves and others. Through the power of our own meditation practice on love, we will learn from our own experience how love is the great protector. And how, by meditating on love, we can protect both ourselves and others by developing and increasing this positive and peaceful heart.
