Change Your Thoughts, Change Your World

Sunday Meditation in January

Meditation Classes
Online and Onsite
2:30 – 4pm

What is the nature of our daily problems? How can we learn to relate to problems in a constructive and meaningful way. If we can learn to relate to our sufferings in a different way, we will be able to develop the strength of mind to deal with anything that comes along. This series of classes will investigate Buddha’s teachings on the nature of suffering and how we can overcome suffering with wisdom. By transforming our thoughts about suffering and problems through daily meditation training, we can take control of the situation and develop and maintain a peaceful mind, free from problems.

Through changing our thoughts, we can change our identification from victim to a protector, and transform negative feelings like frustration into patience. In this way, we will develop the inner strength to deal with whatever comes our way with a calm and open mind.

Join Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Kunden for classes for Sunday meditations in January with meditations that will change your thoughts and your world. Everyone welcome.

You are also welcome to join us for this class on Wednesday evenings at 7pm.
