Finding Freedom with Meditation
Wednesday Meditation in February
Meditation Classes
Online and Onsite
7 – 8:30pm
We all want freedom. Freedom from difficulties, problems, suffering, mental pain. Is it possible to ever achieve true freedom? Buddha taught that true freedom is possible if we look for freedom and happiness in the correct objects. Through training in meditation, and incorporating our meditations into our daily life, we can follow a path that will take us to inner peace and happiness.

This series of classes will investigate Buddha’s teachings on the nature of suffering and how we can overcome suffering with wisdom. By transforming our thoughts about suffering and problems through daily meditation training, we can take control of the situation and develop and maintain a peaceful mind, free from problems.
Join Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Kunden for Wednesday meditation in February with meditations on finding freedom based on the book Mirror of Dharma with Additions. Come and along and learn how to make your life deeply meaningful. Every welcome.
You are also welcome to join us for this class on Sunday afternoons at 2:30pm.
Developing compassion and wisdom, and helping those in need whenever possible, is the true meaning of life.
