Finding Our Supreme Good Heart
Wednesday Meditation in June
Online and Onsite
7 – 8:30pm
Everyone needs to have a good heart. All our happiness comes from our good heart and we grow, develop and maintain our good heart through meditation. This supreme good heart is the mind of enlightenment – a wish to become a pure being in order to bring benefit to all others. Through training in contemplations and meditations on wishing love and compassion – we will eventually come to develop the supreme good heart – bodhichitta. This makes our human life meaningful.
In this series of classes we will come to know our limitless potential for happiness and freedom. We will learn to increase our compassion and love for others, the foundation of our supreme good heart with practical and powerful meditations and contemplations.
These classes are based on the books The Mirror of Dharma with Additions and The New Eight Steps to Happiness. Come and along and learn how to make your life deeply meaningful with our Wednesday meditation in June. Every welcome.
You are also welcome to join us for this class on Sunday afternoons at 2:30pm.
Everybody needs to be good-natured with a good heart, because in this way we can solve our own problems as well as those of others, and we can make our human life meaningful.
