Increasing Wisdom
Wednesday Meditation in March
Meditation Classes
Online and Onsite
7 – 8:30pm
What is wisdom? What is the importance of wisdom for improving our inner peace and happiness? Buddha taught that we all need wisdom to free ourself from experience of suffering. Through improving and increasing our own inner wisdom, we will find our daily problems and difficulties will gradually diminish and eventually cease altogether. Everyone can develop wisdom through listening to and contemplating Buddha’s teachings and bringing these contemplations and meditations into our daily life.

Join Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Kunden for classes for Wednesday meditation in March with teachings and meditations to develop and increase your own wisdom. These classes are based on the book Mirror of Dharma with Additions. Come and along and learn how to make your life deeply meaningful. Everyone welcome.
You are also welcome to join us for this class on Sunday afternoons at 2:30pm.
What to Expect in a Class
Our meditation classes are for anyone interested in learning how to meditate, regardless of background or beliefs. Classes are designed to give a broad introduction to Buddhist meditation, teachings, and practice.
Every class includes a chance to practise meditation. No prior experience, special equipment or special clothes are necessary for our onsite classes – just come as you are.
Classes are all standalone individual classes that are presented in a series. You do not need to attend the full series to attend a class.
Developing compassion and wisdom, and helping those in need whenever possible, is the true meaning of life.
